in three clear steps.

01

Send your file

Upload a ready-to-print STL or 3MF and tell us what the part needs to do.

We review it

We check printability, material, timing, and send a clear quote before production.

03

We print it

Approve the quote, then we print, inspect, and arrange pickup or shipping.

your file is.

Quotes are reviewed by a person. No mystery calculator and no charge until you approve the final price.

Before you upload
  • Your model should be print-ready and correctly scaled.
  • You must own it or have permission to reproduce it.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

Do you design or modify 3D models?+

Not yet. Phoenix Printing currently prints customer-supplied, ready-to-print STL and 3MF files. We can adjust normal slicer settings, but we don’t offer CAD design or model repair.

How quickly will I get a quote?+

We aim to review straightforward requests within one business day. Complex files, large batches, or unusual requirements may take longer.

Is the upload an order?+

No. It is a quote request. Production begins only after you receive and approve the final scope, price, and timing.

What files can I submit?+

We currently accept up to five STL or 3MF files per request. If multiple files make one assembly, explain that in the project notes.
